Who Should Apply?

Shyam Metalics is hiring across multiple departments:


1. Captive Power Plant – CFBC & TG

• Positions: DGM, AGM, Managers, Engineers, PLC  Operators, Boiler Operators, Chemists, and more.

• Departments: TG Operation, VAM & PVS, Boiler Operation, CHP Operation, AHP, and DM Plant.


2. Mechanical Division

• Roles: Engineers, Fitters, Welders, Foremen, IBR Welders, and Riggers.


3. Electrical & Instrumentation

• Openings: From AGM to Technicians across  Electrical, Foreman, and Instrumentation streams.


4. Boiler (AFBC / WHRB)

• Roles: DCS Engineers, Boiler Operators (1st & 2nd Class), TG Operators, Fitters, Electricians,                          Instrumentation Technicians.


5. Substation

• Voltage Levels: MRSS, 220 KV, 132 KV

• Positions: Engineers and Electricians at all levels.
